An Orientation Programme for the Newly Inducted Teachers at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School Lucknow
On March 27, 2023, an Orientation Programme for the newly inducted teachers was conducted at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School by the Principal, Ms. Poonam Kochitty. The Vice-Principals Mr. Pankaj Rathore and Ms. Monika Taneja Manaktalaa, also shared their valuable insights.
The Principal highlighted the school’s vision and mission statement, promoting child-centric learning and creativity for the all-inclusive development of students. The teachers were briefed on the members of the managing committee and their roles, and the Vice-Principal, Mr. Pankaj Rathore, shared the school’s achievements on various international platforms which set the benchmark for the newly joined staff. The importance of lesson planning was emphasized, and effective strategies were discussed to promote student engagement and learning. Lastly, the teachers were introduced to the self-reflection form, empowering them to take on their roles in the school. Overall, the orientation programme was a positive and empowering experience for the new teachers.
