Parent Orientation at Seth Anandram Jaipuria Lucknow
About a hundred parents of new admissions of classes Pre- Nursery to Grade II attended a two-hour power-packed orientation that gave them an overview of the legacy, culture, leadership, and vision of the Jaipuria Group.
The program was anchored by little Divisha of Kindergarten who left the audience wonderstruck with her oratory poise and diction. A melodious prayer sung by Saatvika of Grade II accompanied by Aadhyatam on the tabla was applauded by all. Ayati Gupta was a true rock star on stage when she sang ‘It’s a Beautiful Day’.
The Principal, Poonam Kochitty for the next hour and a half gave glimpses of the history of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School, Lucknow, what the USPs of the school are: the teaching pedagogy, the academic and co-scholastic activities, the infrastructure and facilities, the school, staff, and student achievements, especially in literary and cultural fields as well as in coding, Minecraft and emerging technologies.
The parents were apprised of our signature events like Razzmatazz, Dr. Rajaram Jaipuria Memorial Debate, and Founder’s Day.
The parents were shown a few motivational videos on character building, the importance of reading by Sudha Murthy, and the need to give time to children. Some inspiring quotes were also shared.
The Orientation came to a close with an energetic Rajasthani folk dance that starred two national-level dancers, Vanshika Yadav of grade 3 and Jhanvi of grade VII.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by the Headmistress Ms. Monika Taneja Manaktaala.
