Warsi Brothers Mesmerise with their Qawwalis at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School
Seth Anandram Jaipuria School welcomed a renowned artist, Muhammad Ahmad Khan Warsi, a pioneer in the Indian Qawwali Music in collaboration with the SPIC MACAY on 6th September 2022 to create awareness among the young Jaipurians about the cultural traditions and heritage of the country.
The programme began with the ceremonial lamp lighting by the Principal Ms. Poonam Kochitty and the Warsi Brothers followed by a beautiful rendition(AAQA) by the students in praise of the almighty.
The performance left everyone captivated and all were immersed into the beautiful Sufiana Qawwalis sung by the Warsi Brothers.
The students got an insight into the history of the Qawwali tradition. Thereafter the students of the school presented a dance performance( Mera Murshid Khele Holi) which was well appreciated by the guests.
