Nursery Class of Seth Anandram Jaipuria School Presents an Outstanding Show to Bring the Session 2022-23 to a Close
13th March, 2023 marked the day for Class Presentation of Class Nursery. The presentation began with the Lighting of the lamp by the Principal, Ms. Poonam Kochitty and the HeadMistress, Ms. Monika Taneja. A melodious prayer song in Hindi followed, which included a ‘sargam’ , accompanied with the fusion of a guitar and keyboard. A rib tickling English Poem “My doggy ate my essay.” was recited by the students with fine diction and pronunciation and drew much laughter from the parents.
A PowerPoint presentation that focused upon the year bygone showed images of key events and activities. This was followed by Yoga where children presented different yoga postures and formations with utmost efficiency and ease, which left the audience awestruck. An English Skit titled,”Hello From The Other Side.” featured inventors from all over the world who had made remarkable discoveries for the betterment of society. A humorous twist in the skit was when the statues came to life and conversed with the students visiting the museum.
Moving on, a beautiful journey to Assam was undertaken to learn about its rich culture through a sensational Bihu dance with the girls dressed in ethnic sarees while the boys wore beautiful traditional dhoti and kurta. The performance drew a loud applause from the parents.
A Hindi poem “Ek Chidiya Ke Bacche Char.” swept everyone off of their fee with perfect diction and synchronization.. A video emphasized the need for children to read and some fluent readers of the class were showcased. Our young ninjas demonstrated what they had learnt in Taekwondo. The board breaking by the young ones amazed the parents.
A beautiful Percussion instrumental,.using home made instruments was a mesmerizing unique performance. The anchoring for each event was done by the students and it was a delight to watch .
The program concluded with an insightful message by the Principal giving invaluable suggestions to the parents. The Headmistress encouraged the students to keep working hard and extended a vote of thanks to all present.
