Annual Sub Junior State Swimming Championship

The annual Sub Junior & Junior State Swimming Championship, held at Sport’s Authority of India, Lucknow (U.P), was a resounding success. The event witnessed an impressive display of talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship as students from various schools participated in the competition.

Vanshika Rai from VII C emerged as a standout performer, securing silver medals in three categories – 50 mts freestyle, 200 mts freestyle, and 400 mts freestyle. Nirwan Singh, also from VII C, showcased commendable prowess, earning silver medals in the 200 mts freestyle and 400 mts freestyle events.

Apart from the medalists, participants who exhibited great enthusiasm received well-deserved participation certificates. Sankalp Tripathi (VII C), Nidhyathi Singh (VII D), Kartikey Dwivedi (V D), and Arjit Yadav (IX A) were among those recognized for their active involvement.

Nirwan Singh and Vanshika Rai’s exceptional performances earned them spots in the Sub Junior & Junior State Championship, scheduled at Guru Govind Singh College, Lucknow from 03rd to 06th August’23.

The Swimming Championship concluded on a high note, with participants and organizers alike expressing a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. The event’s success was attributed to the dedicated efforts of the organizing committee, volunteers, and coaches – Mr. Satyendra Kumar Nishad & Ranjani Sahani.
