5 Day Physical Fitness and Yoga Camp Underway at Seth Anandram Jaipuria School
Physical fitness and yoga are essential for maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Seth Anandram Jaipuria School is organizing a 5-Day physical fitness and yoga activities camp for the students.The first and second day of the activities included a Cricket match, running, jumping-jack, sideward running, backward running, toe walk, heel walk, ladder workout, jogging, hurdles, Balloon Football Relay Race, Hula Hoop Race and yoga poses like Trikonasana, Tadasana, Uttanasana, Paschimottanasana etc.
